Sensei Eleni Sarros initiated her involvement in martial arts field from a very young age with Kyoshi Babis Polychronopoulos as teacher in Suibukan Organization. Since her offspring she exhibited commitment and eagerness for self development in Karate and Kobudo. As a result she quickly started acquiring teaching experience as assistant instructor and following as an instructor of the organization.

Her teaching experience started in 1994 with the University of Piraeus Karate Club and hasn’t ceased since, teaching in Hombu Dojo classes for beginners, children and advanced students alike. During the last years she is responsible for managing Suibukan office and is personal assistant to Kyoshi B. Polychronopoulos. Apart her involvement in martial arts she is a university graduate with sound career for well established companies. Today, she runs her own business. She is married to Michael Sarros, 1 dan and has 2 children.
