sensei Tilkeridou

Sensei Elpida Tilkeridou started her apprentiship in martial arts in 2007, at the age of 22. She joined the Suibukan Organization, becoming a member of the Toumba dojo of Thessaloniki, where she still trains under the supervision of Shihan Panagiotis Velissariou. She is 1 Dan black belt in Kobayashi Shorin Ryu Karate do and 1 Dan in Matayoshi Kobudo.

She was initially involved in instructing as sempai at the Suibukan Club of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2007. In 2008 she was sempai in a kids’ class at the Toumba dojo. In September of 2010 she passed her exams for black belt. Now, she teaches Karate in kids’ classes at the dojo. She participates to every seminar given by Master Tadashi Yamashita or Kyoshi Babis Polychronopoulos.

She has graduated the Civil Engineering Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and currently (2010-2011) she attends a Postgraduate Specialization Programme at the same university. She has a Certificate of Proficiency in English and the 1er Degree in French. She has attended a seminar on First Aid organized by the Red Cross.
